summa honor is reserved only for students with a perfect academic record (4.0 GPA)

Tough system.

At my undergraduate university, summa cum laude required a 3.90 GPA. Magna cum laude required a 3.75 GPA. Cum laude required a 3.60 GPA.

I would've graduated with honors, but I drank too much my freshman and sophomore years.

It's never too late to get that degree, but it sure is harder once real life gets in the way!

Cum finally.
And I never allowed classes to interfere with my education.

So tell us, which is really harder, the degree or that weight loss program? You're a worker, a fighter, and most importantly, an umpire. Nice work on and off the plate (pun intended)

The degree was very hard, not just to get the degree, but to keep up the grades each Mod. These were accelerated classes, so there was no time for screwing off. I had tons of homework in three classes at a time, and it didn't let up for nearly 2-1/2 years.

But the weight loss has been even tougher. Not being able to eat like a pig anymore has been hard, but I have the same determination that I put into everything I do, so I've been pretty successful so far. I have managed to quit all the other vices that were killing me or bad for me, so this one is next to go! I've lost many waist sizes, but I have many more to go. Now, I can run around the bases without getting winded. Before, I couldn't go up a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing.

Congratulations! Two son went to school for computer graphic design but quickly changed to criminal justice. Now a sheriff's deputy and very proud of him.

Magna cum laude is very special.

Isn't such academic excellence toward a criminal justice degree officially termed ".357 magnum cum laude"?

Glock 23, 40 S&W cum laude. He called me one day, said he bagged a dear. I asked him what he shot him with and he said his handgun. I asked how he bagged a dear with a handgun and he said it was easy after the Escalade ran into the dear.
