Might want to comparison shop, unless mind made up on AA.

Purchase Officials Supplies NorthEast :: Baseball / Softball :: Chest Protectors :: Champion "Hard Shield" Chest Protecor

The website home run sports no longer has them. And the champion is not rated for college/professional baseball!

Come on guys, someone has to have this protector!!1

I've been told that All American is no longer making this protector.

BTW, by whose rating is the Champion not rated for college/professional? I know of at least two MiLB umpires who wear it.

I know All American is not making it. Was wondering if someone wanted to part with theirs for a top $$$!!!

I know a few milb guys who say the champion is close, but no dice. Get bruised when they take a shot. The All American is superior in protection! Closet thing the the old Riddell Power! Now if someone had one of those, I would empty my bank account! :)

I have had the All American since '05 and still have yet to feel anything when hit while wearing it. Try here, please note the price listed is in Canadian dollars.

Home Run Sports and Ward and Patch no longer have them.

I am guessing you are not willing to sell yours! Name a price my friend!

If you have money burning a hole in your pocket buy a WV Platinum or Gold or Honigs K1, or go on Ebay and see if you can find a Carlucci.

I think this is the one Maz covets:

That is the one I covet.

A gold or platinum is nice. Great protectors. I am a big build guy and when I wear one of the two, I look big. And for college ball, there is a huge emphasis on how one looks. Similar to PBUC.

From what I have seen in some of the NCAA umpiring recently, they should be more concerned with how they call a game and not how their shoulder caps protrude.
