Book: RULES BY TOPIC: BASEBALL 2009

I work quite a bit of FED ball in the spring. I have the BRD, which is awesome...what do you guys know about this one? It's cheap, only like $7...does this break down the FED rules by topic? Is it worth the money to have another resource to go along w/ the BRD/standard FED annual books?

Thanks fellas

I have not seen this one for baseball but I do have the Rules by Topic for football and that is a fairly handy reference book to have.

Anytime a book makes it to the top of the stack of baseball reference books on the toilet tank in my library, it's a pretty good book.

I have the basketball one and love it; came with the package when I got certified this year. I'll keep an eye out for the baseball one.
