New to the Memphis, TN area

I'm new to the Memphis, TN area and was wondering if anyone knows who to contact about joining the local HS and College association?

Jim Herbert is the Memphis assigner at 682-9267 (area code not given but since you live there now, I'm sure you know.) for the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association(High School and Middle School). You missed the State Meeting at Memphis University School (a High School) on January 14. I'm sure Jim can hook you up with the College Association and who to contact for all your umpiring needs.

I'm not from Memphis, but I was able to find this on the net. Hope it helps.
