This solves it for good!

Hopefully, without causing much commotion, this video proves--beyond a shadow of a doubt--that there is such thing as a rising fastball, and should put an end to this tired debate:

I've seen them rising fast balls.......in softball.....also seen a couple in baseball... when the gunslinger was draging his knuckles off the dirt with every pitch....oh wait... you meant from an overhand delivery
