Might want to take a look at espn.com. Umpires just admitted to missed calls in two games in a row. Even though, in real time, I think the call at third was correct.

It's easy to find a tag on a frame per frame shot, but in real time, if the glove doesn't move, then the umpire has to call it as he sees it.
