No I do not but that seems to be the only rule code in which umpires tell the coach what the EJ penalty is

Did you ever see a major league umpire tell the manager his player has to sit the next game.

Answer NO - That is left up to the Commissioner's office and also the players union.

don't care if the coach shows up for the next game same day. I will just have the pleasure to eject him twice. Then he can explain to whatever hearing he has to go to why he got tossed twice and violated the suspension rule.

But MLB umpires do levy fines right on the field and state the amount of the fine for infractions.
