I have the pro nine and I like it. I've been protected at levels through junior college and adult league men's baseball. Never used the West Vest, or the Honigs versions of the Pro Nine. Some will say it's a little bulky, but I don't get that impression...there is one thing I don't like and it's the two flaps that are designed to protect the front part of the pectorals on the left and right sides...they annoy me so I fold them under...that's my only issue with it...and the thing I like is that it's about $50 cheaper than the honigs version

I have the Pro Nine protector. It'll be just fine for your LL and junior games. I feel pretty good about it up through the JV level, and wore it during the varsity HS season this year. However, when the gas is coming in the 80s to 90s, foul balls off the protector have a little bit of zing on them. I've just bought the WVGold for future use at the higher levels, but still plan on using the Pro Nine for Pony and Majors/LL this summer, as it is lighter weight and seems cooler in hot weather.
