Interference after Inf Fly call
Bases Loaded.
0 outs. infield high pop up near first. Infield fly batters out will be called. R1 (unintentionally) tangles with F3. Will there be a double play here? Batter out on IF and will R1 be also out for interference? Does it matter WHEN the tangle occurs? Early and before the call of IFBO or later after the call?

Interference. Dead ball. Runner also out.
However, in OBR (according to the J/R), if there's minimal contact before the ball reaches its peak and the fielder is not prevented from making the play, the interference is not called. This situation is unlikely if the ball is up long enough for IFR to be called. Of course, if the runner is in contact with the base and does not intentionally (or stupidly) interfere, there's no call.
