Umpire Clinic

Hi,

I would really appreciate your input on what should be dealt with during an umpire clinic.

For your information: I am trying to organize an umpire clinic in Germany for Umpires with only some experiance. To give you a guideline most umpires that we have to deal with do between 5 to 20 games a year. The most would be around 100.
This is the first try to do it locally for the umpires in our region. So any input is helpful. If not directly suitable we will try to convert it to our situation, so please don't bother giving me infomation on how the topics and methodes used in clinics in the U.S. or elsewhere.

I also would be interested in a scedule of umpire clinics in the US or other places.
