I guess that's the time to start using them for softball.

I have a pair of CK's that are four years old, another pair that are three years old, and two more that are one year old.

None show the slightest evidence of any pinkish hues.

Am I doing something right?

You've got to wash them more than once per year......

My CK's usually last at least 2 years of heavy use (and washing).

But the price is right and had I not bought 4 new pair to start this season I would buy them.
