need some help

We have just started a two game elimination tournament in the 11-12 year old division and i need some advice. Only one umpire is sent to do the games and the games are usually very close and parents almost always get out of control, not violently, they yell and scream, some even use profanity. What can i do to keep order over these games if this was a normal season game i would give a warning to the coach and then if they kept it up I would forfit the game but I was talkin to my head umpire and he told me not to forfit the game, now what other things could i do to control the game.
