I don't start confrontation, but I may open some brief dialogue.
They all think I'm in charge, cuz of my little outfit.
I'm more likely to know fan management techniques than the manager, coach not withstanding.
What you say makes sense to me, if my non-threatening techniques don't work, sure I'll let the manager try.
I've just never been in that position, or in that bad of a disagreement, as yet (knocking wood here),... not even close.
