Also, here's a bunch of videos you can consider purchasing. I've only seen the 90' mechanics video and it's a great video for beginners.

In early January, every year, I view the 90' Diamond Mechanics Video, and Evans Balk Video, a couple of times, before getting started with meetings and clinics. The Evans Video is 60 minutes and the 90' Diamond Mechanics is 30 minutes. It is time well spent. I also have the See a Balk, Call a Balk, but I got it before Evans, and now I never look at it.

It's only pitching regulations and balks on the tape- that's all. It's about an hour long. It's a little pricy (around 50 bucks) and you have to jump through hoops and continually call the office to actually order one, but if you want to learn the pitching regulations and balks well, this is the #1 video to do it with.
