The Flinch, 15 min., Bigump throws baseballs at a NEWbie for ten minutes. He's yelling at the poor kid to track the pitch all the way into the mask. Quoted often, "YOU have to learn to trust your equipment." Bigump runs out of suggetstions after the first 5 minutes and the next 10 minutes provides absolutley NO improvement in the NEWbie's form. The sad part is the NEwbie actually enjoys moving into them, instead of framing pitch location. At that point in the video, Bigump decides he's going to have to number the baseballs prior to filming PART II.
