With all of the negativity going on around the forum right now I thought I'd share some good stuff!

I was tagged as a head ump for a JV tourney this weekend. Overall I would say things went pretty well except for the final (championship) game today. I was partnered with one of the local veteran crew chiefs today. I've never worked with this guy but being the leader & veteran that he is we had a great pregame and plate meeting with the coaches. From there it just got better. I had the dish and was in the zone, in fact I don't remember calling a better dish. My partner was awesome! He had about a half dozen bang bang plays and I am thoroughly convinced he nailed every one! We were working back & forth, communicating perfect and being in the right places to make the calls.

Awesome defensive game. We had it done in 1 hour 15 minutes!

Man that felt good!

I can't wait to work with him again!
