Situation: 9-10 LL All-Stars.
Bases loaded one out, batter hits a fly ball to center field. R2 and R3 tag and advance. After the dust settles and the pitcher takes to ball on the rubber, the defense appeals that R2 left too soon. PU calls R2 out for leaving too soon since this would be the third out. Does R3's run count? Thanks... -Scott
