Mike, when you say "accept other games"... accept other games from who? Our association is a member of the New York State Association of Amature Umpires. All leagues, and I mean ALL leagues in our area know that for them to get umpires, they must contact an assignor from our association. I don't think I have ever heard of some coach or league official calling one of our umpires to ask them to come and do a game. They all call our assignor and ask for umpires.
