It's not the umpires job to rule on eligible or ineligible pitchers, UNLESS they have valid information, such as having worked the game the night before, or there is a league official scorebook available. An umpire should not take the word of a coach that opposing pitchers are ineligible. Let the BOD make these decisions. Bob
