It looks like something Brett Favre should wear. I've never understood the need for bicep protectors. The guys in the Bigs don't even wear them and they've got 100 mph stuff coming their way.
Yes, foul balls hurt, but if you are really that scared about being hit, this may not be the job for you. The body of the gear looks like it will protect you from anything Juco and below. Maybe it would make a good summer protector if it is that light. When I see Davis wear it when Randy Johnson is on the mound, I'll know what HE thinks of it.
