thank you for the reply pwl. i have begun to hitting the weights. i use 2 10lb weights and do all types of stretches and exercises with them and i can already feel my muscles developing. i've been doing a ton of leg stretches in an attempt to quicken up my footwork. so far so good, i'm practicing with my friend today again so i'll hope to give a positive update soon.
