I'm working the NABF East Regional.(Men's League) After that I'm done for the season. Like others I'm looking to add some new gear starting with plate shoes.

As I write this...I am at the Westin our lucaya resort in Freeport Bahamas with the whole clan..... Most of the costs are being covered by this years game fees... its beautiful and well worth it...

Fall ball starts in a few weeks, and I'm hoping to get some fall scrimmages for the local colleges....

Been out of commission since dislocating elbow in July I missed summer ball state tournaments, focusing on rehab.

Carl, I feel your pain

Studying football books, increasing the running prior to season.
Kids started school on the 11th, first scrimmage is tonight, first game youth on the 20th varsity o the 27th.

College fall ball in about a month so I keep the gear ready a few more weeks

When my pain started, I told my wife it was a dislocation. My MD said it looked like a sprain.

I take coumadin, and there's a bruise/hematoma about the size of a lady's bikini on my elbow/arm. Too bad it's the bruise and not the bikini. So my OD said it was a torn tendon.

Now, my PT says it's a dislocation. He spent an hour testing; my OD spent 10 minutes, if that.

My right elbow is bent 45 degrees.

Lah, me.

Unhappy End of the season

From reading the posts, sounds like most of you had a season to enjoy. I bought a pair of GDPL's and got to wear them once. Ended up so short handed at work that the only baseball I got to see was the highlights on Sports Center.

I see the light at the end of the tunnel, but I think it is the train!!

Any of you out there know of a traffic engineer that might be interested in relocating to Florida?

Not kidding!
