Federation says that if all participants involved ignore the call of foul that the call can be changed to fair. I personally have never understood how they are not going to react to me (6'5", 230 lbs.) screaming foul. At any rate, the ruling is well documented in the BRD and in the quarterly. This ruling is also present at the NCAA level. I'm not sure about the pro interp.
