He's actually a nice Big Dog. He felt the worse of anyone on the field. The main reason I even posted this was that we're always discussing with new umpires to slow down, see the play and then call the play. This allows "rough edges" of a situation [pulled foot, dropped ball, etc.] to be ironed out before making the call. I posted it more as a point to consider [slow down], AND that anyone can boot a call [including BD's], AND that life goes on [use it as a learning or reminder mechanism].
