Returning Starter

I had looked at 3.03 and thought I must be missing something somewhere. So if I have this right, if I had a new pitcher starting off in the 2nd and he got in trouble I could bring my starter back in, then the next inning when the kid that started in the 3rd got into trouble I could again bring my ace back in and keep doing this right up until he had pitched 6 innings!? We had a manager essentially do this the other night and I was hoping to OOO it.

Yep. Why don't you just pitch your ace? If you getting into this much trouble it has bound to lead to some runs scored.
