If it was a FED game, he was just enforcing rule 3-3-1J. So you had a rule to back up your attempt to "get his goat". I would have been looking over my shoulder though leaving the field. Of course, the guy was probably nice and drunk in that beer league softball game
 .3-3-1J also deals with buckets outside of the dugout.
