I love Canada! All our tests are open-book! I still find it amazing when I see guys look up every single question in the book(s)(we have 3 books that apply to the test).

Ours in this part of Canada are open book too but there's not time to look them all up.

We do group testing and open book at that. The thought is that the discussion is more important the ability to try to answer poorly worded questions by memory.

What is the difference btw Part 1 and Part 2 of the FED test? Is Part 2 still 100 T/F, but different questions than Part 1?

Florida creates their own test. I'm sure it is based on Part II, but they add a couple of questions from the FHSAA Officials Guidebook, and 6-8 multiple choice situation questions.
