BRD is shipping today, 6 Jan
I received today an advance copy of the BRD.
It is the best ever - and the best job of printing/binding. Thompson Digial in San Antonio did that work, and they did it very well indeed. Right Sports began shipping out the books this morning! If you ordered early, then your book may be in the mail by the weekend. If you haven't ordered yet - and want one in a timely fashion - you need to get in the queue; otherwise, you may have to wait for the second printing. Business is brisk: So says Teresa, the administrative assistant who oversees packing and shipping. |

This morning I had hundreds of "out of the office" e-mails from Carl Childress.
I had to flee from MS Outlook, as I feared the messages might go on forever. They were sent starting around 4:30 a.m. Apparently the messages went to a large group. Anybody else experience that? Do you know anything, Carl?

Well, the e-mails stopped at something around 2,200. It was impossible to open the box with Outlook, so I used mail2web.com and deleted them through the back door.
Another glitch is that every time I try to order a BRD from officiating.com, the screen tells me I haven't entered enough information, even though I fill in every blank. Anyone else have that problem?

me too...
I have had problems with the officiating.com mail server. I don't think it is Carl - I think it is the actual system. On two different occasions I received in excess of 2500 copies of the same email from the same guy. When I talked with Carl about this, he said that he is making a visit to see Brad this week...hopefully that will fix this problem...
