BRD: Second printing

The second printing of the BRD has arrived and shipment began on Saturday.

The *.PDF error, which deleted all italics, has been fixed. I mention that just in case you have an extra $20 lying around.

Seriously, if you already have a copy of the First Printing, purchased from Right Sports or any authorized agent, and you want a copy of the second, email me and I'll get you the book at a substantial discount.
