What is "OBR" ..."FED"...

I see alot of references to OBR and FED on this forum. Can anyone explain to me what these references are, and when or at what level of play they are for?

I have intentions of joining a local association and eventually working at high school level games within 2 years...I am studying the game and basic rules at present.

FED is used for most states for high school ball.

OBR, with some modifications is played by most youth leagues (ie Babe Ruth, LL, etc.).
