Get you head in the game, not looking out to the side where there is nothing to see. That habit developed many years ago when the scorekeeper was seated off to the right of the umpire. MLB still does it but that crew has four members, someone had better be looking at what is going on. Lower level ball is usally 2 man at best. Keep your head in the game instead of trying to look like a big dog
