Cool

Several times you have mentioned that your home land does not accept the NABPL manual as an offical rules document.

I have never heard you tell WHY they have not adopted it?

Tee,

You must have me confused with Erick Barkhuis, and the Dutch Baseball Federation.

Australia and the Australian Baseball Federation (ABF) certainly DO accept the NAPBL Umpires Manual and the PBUC interpretations, as well as the Professional Interpretations from Evans' Official Baseball Rules Annotated". Most of our senior UDP instructors have also been through one of the Pro schools in the USA; usually Evans, but occasionally Wendelstadt. Some of the older guys have even been through Brinkman-Froeming when it was still Bill Kinnamon's school.

BTW, I have your personal e-mail but haven't taken the time to respond to it yet. My apologies.

Cheers.
