You must have me confused with Erick Barkhuis, and the Dutch Baseball Federation.

Australia and the Australian Baseball Federation (ABF) certainly DO accept the NAPBL Umpires Manual and the PBUC interpretations, as well as the Professional Interpretations from Evans' <i>Official Baseball Rules Annotated</i>". Most of our senior UDP instructors have also been through one of the Pro schools in the USA; usually Evans, but occasionally Wendelstadt. Some of the older guys have even been through Brinkman-Froeming when it was still Bill Kinnamon's school.
