Some thing mentioned by a buddy of mine the other day.
He said he was watching a summer ball game where a RHP with R2 set up in the stretch only reversed. So he was now set like a LHP. Then he steps directly with what is now his pivot foot towards second base and gets a successful pick-off. No one said a word. Legal? Rule reference? |

Thanks
Thanks.
But he got by with it just tonight. He said he was going to have a pitcher try it. Umpire was looking confused but the coaches didn't say anything so I tihnk he just let it slide. |
