Pitcher warm up
Rule 6.2.2(exception) states "At the beginning of each subsequent inning, the pitcher may warm up by using not more than five throws, completed in one minute (timed from the third out of the previous half-inning)"
So once the third out is called from the previous inning, I set my watch to 60 seconds and, barring an injury or weather, if the pitcher hasn't even got out or only thrown one pitch, call up the batter? |
