Canada recipiant of 2 blown calls in 7th inning

Late in a world cup game on Sunday a runner stole 2nd. Replaying on TEVO showed her foot off the bag while the pitcher still in windup with ball and arm extended behind. Had not released the ball but runner already off the bag going to 2nd. Runner safe at 2nd. In real time it looked like a clean steal. Is it even possible to detect that in real time.

1. McLarney stole 2nd. Anyone notice she left BEFORE the ball left the pitchers hand. It is pretty clear on replay. Plourde had her arm fully extended behind her back and McLarney's foot is already off the bag on her way to 2nd.
2. Impossible to miss that out call at 2nd. Hayward was very safe. Bad call at crucial moment.

I didn't watch the game because I was switching back and forth between the Indians-White Sox baseball game and the USGA Sr. Men's Championship. That said, me thinks you are a Canadian fan is not happy that your team lost and crying in your beer.
