Fire Up The Flux Capacitor ...

I didn't notice this until I spotted some photos in this week's Sports Illustrated. What's the story on the camouflage pattern? Originally I thought that it was a undershirt, and questioned its legality, but now I think that is actually part of the jersey. Are short sleeves making some type of comeback in college basketball?
