Getting Help with Off Season Learning

I'm doing a little more summer ball and attending a camp in July. My goal is to take some time and really go over the rules book/case book.

Can anyone help me with two things:

1. A pdf of the rules/case books that I can print out on an 8x11 to read and make notes on? I own the 11-12 books, but they are torn and smudged. I do own them(so I'm not trying to get a free copy) but find them hard to study out of.

2. Who had that list of "things to say to a coach"? It was like 70 things you should respond with. I was unable to locate this document with the search function.

Thanks in advance for all your help.
