No but they are not settled into their PCA, they are still in transition. That is a perfect situation for the C to give a signal when the T is hardly in the front court. Actually the L or the C have the best look at where he is shooting from. Either one could give this signal in this situation.

BTW, that is the same thing we teach in HS here at least.
