1.) Good block. Defender jumped straight up and contacted the ball first.
2.) BI. Nothing to discuss.
3.) Defender was legal, and even if he hadn't been, nothing happened. No-call.
4.) In HS, I'd say no shot. Foul occurred before the habitual motion, and cupping the ball on your hip with one hand doesn't meet my definition of the "habitual motion" anyway.
5.) I don't have a problem with the players' reactions. As for the call, there's no way to tell.
Side/honest question: Is it an NCAA-M mechanic to mirror 3-pt. attempts outside your PCA?
