Another goofy question. It says Guards casts and braces MUST meet following guidelines EXCEPT….(which one isn't a requirement)
Rule says knee and ankle braces which are unaltered from original design do not have to be padded or meet color restrictions. Implies that altered braces can be worn if padded etc. so B is best i can come up with.
The fact that c says "MAY not" instead of "SHALL not" isn't enough. Both make clear you can't do it.
