One especially essential item to add, perhaps on the reverse side, is a diagram of Primary Coverage Areas. This visual NEEDS to be reviewed and impressed upon any and every crew of officials prior to exiting the locker room. In two-person you'd be surprised how many have no clue where the PCA boundaries are. In three-person the ignorance is even worse.
