Know any more details? Does that mean they're allowed to score only 1 point if they snap from the 15, and only 2 points (barring a safety) if they snap from the 3? That cuts out the fake kick.
It's just more continuation of the diddling around that's been done w the try forever,
as I wrote around the turn of the century. Nobody seems to want to take the simple step of just getting rid of the try. It's like its existence is sacrosanct, but its details aren't.
