Y'only had to fill it out once, and you did that already.
Course, if they lost mine, I don't really care.
One of the neat things about filling it out was I had to get a Social Security card. I obviously knew my number, but I hadn't needed the actual card for 30-40 years.
Yer prolly golfin' too much anyway.
