Here's my $0.02: It depends on how many outs there are.

In a 2 out situation, the "out" on the obstructed runner would have meant that the runner would not have, in my judgment, scored had there been no obstruction. She goes back to 3B.

Otherwise, I grant the run per the logic of "she'd have scored had we not killed it due to OBS".

I haven't pulled every book yet, but I think this holds up in all the rulesets I work.
