That means the penalty for a PC is a Designated Sport Throw-in nearest the spot of the PC. Therefore, Team B's Throw-in will be a DST nearest the spot of A1's PC.

exact case play in book. if last free throw made he can run the end line. if not successful spot throw in. 4.19. something. the citations dont really explain anything. another result they want i suppose. i havnt really thought about it to see if there is any rule support for it.
