Keep in mind that today's assistant's are tomorrow's head coaches!
It all depends on the approach. If they ask a question and do so respectfully at a good time... often it will be during a timeout, I will listen and respond if necessary. If they are complaining or arguing then I have much less patience and will not tolerate that from their role. Any barking during a live ball will not be tolerated from bench personnel/assts..
