Momentum exception does not apply because the ball did not become dead in the end zone. 10-4-6 is not applicable because the team in possession at the time of the foul IS responsible for the ball being in the end zone.

A and B designations do not change during the down, but offense/defense does. This foul was committed by B after the change of possession so they are the offense at that point.

The foul is enforced from the end of the related run which is in the end zone so this results in a safety (8-5-2c).
