Does B1 go back to first, or does the out stand (front end of the double play)?
I know NFHS has rule language that says the B1 out stands, but can't find that in NCAA or pro books and internal discussion leans toward sending B1 back to first as part of wiping out B3's BOO.
What is the proper NCAA and/or Pro ruling?

OBR: All runners return to bases they held before the improper batter, unless the out/advance was independent of his at-bat. 6.07 states that all runners return with that exception, MLBUM 3.2 just spells it out Barney-style.
NCAA: Rule language is similar.
