How can you have an out on a batter whos turn at bat is negated? Im pretty sure this was on the FED test either last year or the year before. All outs stand except for any out made on the improper batter. You have the call correct, the out at 2nd stands, the improper batters at bat is negated, the batter who should have batted B2 is out and the correct batter is B3.

Under former ASA rules this would have been a triple play, but ASA changed their rules to match the FED ruling.
